Your Vidastu specialist meets you at Sector 150 for an unhurried walkthrough of the address, the sample floor layouts and the current indicative pricing — with time for every question and no pressure to decide on the spot.

What are your visit timings, and can I pick a slot?

Visits run 10:00–19:00 every day except Tuesday. Choose "This weekend", "This week", "Next week" or "I'm flexible" on the form above and your specialist calls to lock the exact time.

Is the visit really free, with zero obligation?

Yes — a private viewing costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You can walk away with no follow-up if the home isn't right for you; only an Expression of Interest afterward involves money, and that's fully refundable.

What documents should I bring to the visit?

None are required just to visit — arrive at the scheduled time. A government photo ID such as Aadhaar or PAN is useful only if you decide to register an Expression of Interest on the same day.

I can't travel to Sector 150 right now — is a virtual option possible?

Yes. If you're based outside NCR or can't visit immediately, your specialist can walk you through the address, layouts and pricing over a scheduled WhatsApp video call before you plan an in-person visit.

Who conducts the visit — ACE Group or an agent?

Can I reschedule or cancel my visit once it's booked?

Will I be pressured to pay or sign anything on the visit?

Is there a furnished sample flat to see, or just the site address?

At this pre-launch stage your specialist shows you the site address and detailed sample floor layouts — a furnished show apartment isn't built yet, and we'll let you know the moment one opens for viewing.

Can I bring family or friends along on my visit?

Yes — bring however many family members or friends you like. The visit is private to your group and unhurried, so it helps to have everyone who'll actually live there in the room.

How much advance notice do you need — can I visit today or tomorrow?

What should I wear, and is the site walkable in regular shoes?
